• Careful review, recording and posting of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets accounting • Ensure a reliable financial data foundation by maintaining and updating our accounting and ERP systems • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and perform account reconciliations • Track and resolve outstanding items, discrepancies, and accounting queries • Handle administrative tasks in the finance area and ensure structured, auditable documentation • Contribute to creating structure and transparency in a dynamic scale-up environment and actively support the optimization of existing processes

• End-to-end ownership of epics and Elixir-based applications • Actively shape the engineering strategy and drive technical excellence within the team • Make architecture and technology decisions and ensure code quality • Identify and sustainably reduce technical debt • Support deployments and CI/CD processes • Close collaboration with Product Owners, Design, and QA

• develop scalable data architectures and take responsibility for business-critical pipelines • actively shape how data is used across the company • design, implement, and optimize high-performance data pipelines • strategically evolve our data architecture and ensure scalability and maintainability • act as an interface and work closely with business units and other affiliated companies • take technical ownership of our data landscape • evaluate and selectively implement new technologies

• Design and development of Elixir applications • Responsibility for the entire bike refurbishment process • Conducting code reviews and quality assurance • Evaluating new technologies • Responsible for deployment tasks and CI processes • Supporting and mentoring junior developers
