• Design and develop event-driven microservices architecture • Build backend services using modern programming languages • Work with databases and write efficient, optimized SQL queries • Integrate and maintain message queue systems (e.g., SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ) • Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8s) infrastructure • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit and functional testing) • Collaborate closely with team members in an Agile setup • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Manage and coordinate a program of several IT initiatives running in parallel • Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery • Align internal teams and external partners • Validate project plans, timelines, and deliverables, proactively challenging when needed • Lead status meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders • Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders • Ensure external vendors deliver according to agreed scope, quality, and timelines

• Design and build user interfaces (screens and components) • Develop applications using Angular (components, services, modules) • Consume APIs (backend integration) • Manage application state • Implement routing • Ensure responsiveness across devices • Optimize performance
