Role Description Ivim Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead and scale the company’s full-funnel growth engine across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, creator and affiliate initiatives, offline activations, and emerging growth channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will serve as one of the most critical growth leadership positions within the organization. The Vice President of Growth Marketing will own overall growth marketing strategy and performance across the business, balancing efficient, scalable patient growth with long-term brand value, retention, and patient trust. - Oversee a hybrid operating model that combines best-in-class agency partnerships with strategic in-house capabilities. - Drive expansion into new growth opportunities and channels. - Bring deep expertise in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, and full-funnel optimization within healthcare, telehealth, subscription, or high-growth consumer environments. - Balance aggressive growth targets with sustainable retention, patient experience, and long-term brand equity. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience leading growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, or full-funnel growth functions, with at least 5 years leading teams and significant marketing budgets. - Proven success scaling multi-million dollar growth programs while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics. - Deep expertise across paid media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels. - Experience within telehealth, healthcare, wellness, subscription-based businesses, or regulated industries strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing remote teams and managing hybrid in-house and agency operating models. - Experience expanding growth strategies beyond traditional paid media into partnerships, creator, affiliate, lifecycle, referral, or experiential growth channels preferred. - Strong analytical background with experience in attribution modeling, forecasting, funnel optimization, unit economics, and growth analytics. Role Description The Senior Director of Digital Experience will own Ivím Health’s public web presence as a strategic platform for marketing, commerce, recruiting, and brand communications. This role is responsible for the architecture, governance, performance, and scalability of Ivím’s marketing website and digital experience layer. The Senior Director will oversee content systems, site structure, digital merchandising, and publishing workflows while ensuring teams across the organization can safely and effectively publish content. Working closely with Marketing, HR, PR, and Product teams, this leader will ensure Ivím’s website functions as a high-performing platform that supports patient acquisition, brand storytelling, recruiting, and company communications.
