• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-level implementations • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape scalable ServiceNow solutions • Ensure alignment with business strategy and platform best practices

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (end-to-end) for assigned technical roles • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Delivery Manager to understand role requirements and priorities • Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels • Conduct HR screenings and shortlist qualified candidates • Present shortlisted candidates to the Delivery Manager for client submission and further discussions • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth process between candidates and internal stakeholders • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates to the Delivery Manager
