Role Description IRIS Software Group is seeking a Demand Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our Managed Payroll solutions in the Americas market. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B marketer with a strong background in digital-first demand generation, account-based marketing, and pipeline acceleration. - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue impact. - Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams. - Shape go-to-market plans and optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth for Managed Payroll solutions. - Own and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) programs, aligning closely with sales to target high-value accounts and accelerate deal velocity. - Collaborate with product marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and persona insights across the buyer journey. - Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital channels including webinars, email, paid media, content syndication, and social media. - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing assets and programs. - Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree a plus. - 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital demand generation, content development, and ABM. - Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. - Experience in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.). - Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.

Role Description The Finance team is responsible for producing accurate and timely financial records for the entire group, supporting the Management Team in making informed business decisions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt well to change, and can effectively manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will support a range of month-end tasks related to revenue, cost and balance sheet reconciliations. The role also supports the production of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, including variance analysis and commentary, and assists with the year-end audit. Due to a high level of acquisition activity, the business currently operates across multiple financial systems. As a result, this role will involve working with multiple systems and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams across the US. We are seeking a qualified accountant with strong financial accounting knowledge, a solid understanding of revenue recognition, and an inquisitive approach to management reporting. This role is best suited to someone with excellent communication skills who can manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Building monthly billing files for Core and Ancillary billings. - Reconciling cash accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Handling customer refunds, cancellations and chargebacks. - Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations. - Processing deferred revenue, accruals, and prepayment journals. - Managing month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Working on accounts receivable monitoring overdue amounts. - Reviewing, reconciling and filing sales tax returns and payments. - Supporting the annual audit process and liaising with auditors on testing. - Providing ad hoc support to the Finance Manager as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s in accounting or finance. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables). - Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience. - Experience working with multiple software systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite). - Strong knowledge of revenue recognition. - Knowledge of deferred revenue, accruals, and prepayment journals. - Experience handling inter-company transactions. - Familiarity with month-end tasks, including BS reconciliations.
