• Work with the Vice President of Sales & Business Development to establish target accounts, a plan to sell to each and reporting on competitive activities. • Organize sales territory to efficiently call on current and prospective customers, coordinating all accounts with supervisor, Customer Service, and technical production personnel. • Secure and renew orders, attaining delivery dates and other incidentals to actual selling. • Work through the Vice President of Sales & Business Development in coordinating major or national accounts as they relate to local activity in communicating to corporate and other branches. • Build and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing high quality products and superior service. • Make recommendations to management regarding improvements in product, packaging, shipping methods, service or billing methods and procedures to prevent future complaints and following up on recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. • Use quality control techniques, checking samples of ink to verify that products run on the press, and advising appropriate personnel of any problems. • Work with local field technical and production personnel to supply a current formula or produce a product that satisfies the customer requirement at a competitive price within material and manufacturing guidelines. • Assist the Vice President of Sales & Business Development in establishing minimum-maximum inventories to maintain best possible levels for the benefit of the Company and Customer. • Work with sales office personnel and Corporate Credit and Collection to resolve delinquent accounts.
