• As the central interface, you confidently coordinate exchanges between external appraisers/valuers, outsourcing partners and internal departments • You contribute your valuation expertise to related queries and are responsible for external property valuations – acquisition or standard valuations, both nationally and internationally • Together with your team members, you support the entire valuation process and check plausibility and consistency • You ensure the final quality of appraisal reports for our approx. 1,800 properties • You review and approve appraiser invoices to ensure an efficient and transparent process • As Manager Valuation, you perform analyses and develop your own value forecasts
