Director, Global Talent Acquisition – Management

• Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy and streamlined process with the goal of attracting top talent who are aligned to our internal values and overall mission • Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the talent acquisition framework – including roles within the hiring team and HR team & train team members appropriately • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the effective sourcing, attracting, and onboarding of top talent worldwide while delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience • Directly manage the recruitment of key positions as identified by the SVP, P&C with minimal oversight • Regularly audit and suggest improvements to our talent acquisition processes to ensure they are effective and aligning to industry best-practices • Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand to attract a diverse talent pool leveraging website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and social media tools, as applicable • Support the workforce planning process as it relates to talent acquisition, providing guidance around hiring-timeframes, complexity, and prioritization; build a recruiting roadmap for the year to effectively meet hiring needs • Responsible for consolidating and providing quarterly personnel updates to Finance for budget management purposes • Partner with Sr. Director, P&C to manage internal compensation bands and benefits, such that bands and benefits offerings are aligned to external talent market realities • Partner with SVP, P&C on talent management initiatives such as succession planning, developing successors within the organization, and high potential talent development • Audit and recommend changes to current performance management philosophy, practices, and systems with an eye towards developing a healthy feedback culture and raising the bar on performance standards and expectations • Build out the learning and development function, leveraging current policies and practices, with an eye towards career growth and promoting a culture of excellence • Partner with the P&C team and Executive Leadership Team to develop a data dashboard that tracks key HR metrics with the goal of better decision making around hiring, retaining, and rewarding talent • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and change management as it relates to implementing revised or new talent management practices.
Senior Manager, Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordinating with strategy on timeline alignment, developing training for non-finance staff on budget monitoring and expense coding, and ensuring cross-functional readiness. • Partner with program and department budget owners to develop and manage budgets and financial plans for all approved programs, operations, and strategic initiatives. • Manage the forecasting process to ensure the financial forecast reflects actual results, emerging trends, and updated expectations. • Oversee the Budgeting and Forecasting team in analyzing and monitoring the actual-to-budget variances, identifying material deviations, and ensuring the organization’s spending remains aligned with approved budget and plans. • Analyze the financial performance of programs and operations, delivering actionable insights and ongoing financial guidance to budget owners across the organization. • Partner with the Accounting team to ensure that internal financial reports are tailored to the needs of program and department budget owners, senior leadership, and the Board of Trustees, and that they are produced accurately and timely. • Lead budget-to-actual variance reviews, proactively identify spending risks in collaboration with budget owners, and ensure senior leadership is well apprised. • Support the CFO with board reporting, long-term financial sustainability planning, and annual audit preparation. • Supervise and develop the Senior Accountant, Budgeting & Forecasting, providing mentorship, performance guidance, and day-to-day oversight. • Oversee financial management of grants awarded to ISOC, ensuring appropriate spend, accurate coding of eligible expenses, timely reporting, proactive monitoring for delays or underspend, and alignment with the Accounting team on restricted balances and the net asset roll forward.
Manager, Data and Insights

Brand and Design Manager

• Oversee the application and evolution of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external touchpoints. • Act as the primary guardian of the brand, providing guidance and feedback to internal teams and external partners. • Develop and update brand assets, templates, and toolkits as needed. • Manage internal resources, such as our digital asset manager and branded swag store. • Conceptualize and design a wide range of materials, including but not limited to event collateral, reports, infographics, social media graphics, illustrations, icons, video, and presentation decks. • Lead creative direction for high-impact projects, ensuring visually compelling and accessible design solutions. • Collaborate with communications team members and other stakeholders to produce cohesive, audience-centered visuals. • Apply accessibility standards (e.g., color contrast, legible typography, clear visual hierarchy) across all design outputs. • Partner with web and digital teams to guide user-centered design decisions, ensuring visual consistency and usability across digital properties. • Design visual concepts and wireframes for web layouts (for various screens), ensuring adherence to brand, accessibility, and responsiveness guidelines. • Work closely with strategic communications team members to support organizational goals through effective design. • Manage external creative vendors as needed, providing clear direction, feedback, and quality control. • Contribute to creative strategy, campaign planning, and brand-level initiatives.
