We are currently seeking a CSAC-A Supervisee or CSAC-A to be responsible for clinical and administrative activities relating to outpatient substance abuse referrals, providing substance use case management, assisting with sending out invites for group counseling, working with individuals, families, couples who are impacted by addiction. Services may be provided through Tele Services as well as through face-to-face direct contact. Education and Experience: Must be CSAC-A Eligible or CSAC-A who is certified by the Virginia Board of Counseling to practice in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Virginia. Must have high school diploma or GED. Must also have knowledge of substance abuse treatment and recovery, either through education or lived experience. Ability to work within the community providing supports to connect individuals to services and resources to assist with overall health and wellbeing. A general knowledge of the disease model of addiction, community resources and treatment options, either through education or lived experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to be responsible for performing initial and follow up medication management assessments to clients who suffer from Psychiatric and/or Addictive symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner shall recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications, when appropriate to clients through Tele Services and/or through direct face-to-face contact in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner should be comfortable with the patient population, function independently with minimal supervision by the Psychiatric and Buprenorphine waivered Physician. Education and Experience Required: A Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification. 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PYSCHIATRIC AND SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT REQUIRED.
