Role Description INSPYR Solutions is seeking a General Counsel to join our team remotely. Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active license to practice law in at least one state. - Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory issues. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
