Qualifications - 4–8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, analytics, investment banking, or related fields. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. - Experience building dashboards and operational reporting. - Experience using AI-enabled workflow tools, APIs, BI tools, or no-code / vibe-coding platforms such as Anti-Gravity. - Comfortable working directly with large datasets and reconciling underlying data. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Highly organized, intellectually curious, and willing to operate hands-on in a fast-moving environment. Bonus Points - Sports, entertainment, hospitality, consumer, or multi-location operating experience. - Startup or growth-stage company experience. - Experience with ticketing, POS, ecommerce, or marketing analytics platform. - Experience with basic SQL, Python.
