Wireless System Architect Wireless System Architect leads the strategic design and integration of wireless communication systems within our cutting-edge neuromorphic computing platform. This senior architectural role will drive the end-to-end wireless system design, from RF subsystems through protocol stacks, while defining our company's future wireless connectivity roadmap and serving as a key contributor to overall SOC architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities System Integration Leadership - Design comprehensive wireless system architecture integrating BLE controllers, RF front-ends, and neuromorphic processors - Define system-level specifications for wireless-neuromorphic integration and interactions - Architect scalable wireless solutions supporting multiple protocols (BLE, Zigbee, Matter/Thread) - Establish system partitioning between hardware, firmware, and software components - Optimize wireless system performance for power, latency, and throughput in neuromorphic applications Strategic Technology Development - Define wireless communication roadmap including protocol evolution and emerging standards - Drive architectural innovation combining neuromorphic computing with wireless connectivity - Evaluate and integrate new wireless technologies for competitive differentiation - Lead patent development for novel wireless system architectures and integration approaches - Establish technology partnerships with wireless ecosystem vendors and standards organizations Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as key wireless stakeholder in SOC architecture planning and trade-off decisions - Coordinate wireless system requirements with silicon design, software, and applications teams - Define wireless APIs and interfaces for seamless integration with neuromorphic software stack - Establish wireless system validation methodologies and verification protocols - Drive wireless system optimization across power, performance, and area constraints Whether you’re passionate about microarchitecture, excited by verification or physical design, driven by supporting operations, building strong teams, or mastering the details of accounting, we’d love to hear from you! Role Description We are currently seeking a talented Senior Field Application Engineer based in the USA to support our product development and customer implementation efforts. The ideal candidate is a technically hands-on problem solver who sits within the engineering team, actively supporting customers through complex integrations and translating field feedback into product improvements. - Bridging the gap between the market and our internal teams by actively translating client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements. - Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management, serving as their primary technical advisor. - Dealing with technical questions/issues from customers, and assisting our customers in accelerating their development of our technology. - Training customers (alongside the engineering teams) by organising workshops and training sessions. - Help and guide customers through the design process including architecture reviews, schematic reviews, design-in support and training customers on product features. - Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate the value of Innatera technology to secure wins. - Collaborating actively with the SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product owner teams. Qualifications - At least 7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (FAE, System Architect, or similar roles) within the Semiconductor industry. - Experience with AI Embedded Applications. - Experience working in a global environment, bridging the gap between customer requirements in North America and European/Western HQ engineering teams. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. - Great coding skills in Python, C/C++. - Knowledge of ML/AI Framework(s): TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Knowledge of Embedded Development Kit(s), and an AI background. - Computer architectural knowledge is a big advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Flexibility and outstanding communication & customer service skills.
