• Act as first line response to employee inquiries in Europe and the UK • Optimise internal HR processes, including employee engagement initiatives and manager support • Maintain employee records and performance progression data, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Support the self-serve rollout of global Talent Acquisition system and onboarding process • Assist with operational side of ER, contracts, and policy review • Provide operational support for performance management, employee development cycles, and coaching/manager training programs
