Role Description As our business in Africa continues to grow, we are looking for a freelance Solution Engineer (m/f/d) to join us from July 2026 and help strengthen our presence in and around Lagos, Nigeria. - Use your technical expertise and telco knowledge to help customers unlock the full potential of our products. - Support customers throughout installation, rollout, and integration, ensuring successful implementation of StableNet in complex network environments. - Act as a technical advisor to the Sales team. - Support the preparation of tender offers, respond to RFIs and RFQs, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to customers and prospects. - Work in an international team of about 15 experts. Qualifications - Understanding of large IT and telecommunications networks. - Comfortable working with technologies such as SNMP, IPv6, Kafka, or comparable tools and protocols. - Ability to write small scripts to support technical tasks, automation, or troubleshooting. - Clear communication and strong English skills. - Enjoy working closely with customers and explaining technical concepts in a clear and practical way. - Prepared to travel for regular on-site visits to customers. Requirements - No specific degree or fixed number of years of experience required. - Strong customer-facing skills.
