Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This is a part-time, hourly contractor role for candidates based in the Americas, with availability to work during U.S. business hours and maintain strong overlap with our team, clients, and partners. This role is centered on maximizing client value and driving long-term retention across our active portfolio. - Proactively nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups, pulse checks, and strategic check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success. - Monitor client health and sentiment, identifying potential risks, gathering actionable feedback, and escalating insights to internal teams. - Drive successful renewals and long-term retention across our portfolio of active clients. - Design, distribute, and analyze Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to continuously improve the client journey. Partnerships: - Establish and nurture relationships with Airtable account managers and sales representatives through regular, intentional outreach, coordinated with Marketing as part of our broader partnership strategy. - Facilitate ongoing communication with key partners, ensuring alignment on shared goals and strengthening collaborative ties. - Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions, account health metrics, and partnership outreach within internal systems. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Delivery, Product, Operations, and Marketing) to advocate for client needs and align on partnership initiatives. - Participate in team syncs to provide updates on client sentiment, renewal status, and partnership engagement metrics. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, client services, or partner relations role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment. - Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow professional relationships with external clients and key stakeholders. - Comfortable working with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, ClickUp). - Familiarity with data management platforms such as Airtable is a strong plus. - Exceptional written and spoken English (C1–C2 level). - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead client check-ins and execute partner outreach. - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts and partnership initiatives simultaneously. - A team player with a forward-thinking attitude and genuine care for client outcomes and business growth. - Based in the Americas and available to work during U.S. business hours, with strong overlap with team, client, and partner time zones. We're looking for an HR Operations Lead to join our team. Are you a systems-thinker who loves building scalable HR processes from the ground up? We are seeking a highly proactive HR Operations Lead to take full ownership of our core People operations and help us build the infrastructure for our next phase of growth. This is a part-time role, requiring availability equivalent to about 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. What you will do - Own and manage core HR operations: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional HR matters, leading several action items, from onboarding/offboarding to background checks and payroll validation. - Process Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, etc.) to support scalable growth. Identify gaps and proactively build structured solutions. - HR Systems & Tools: Lead the optimization and ongoing development of our HR systems following our recent migration to Rippling. You will be responsible for implementing and rolling out new modules (such as Recruiting and Identity), ensuring processes are aligned with the system, and creating clear, scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Recruiting Coordination: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, align with hiring managers and finance, and manage candidate communications. - Leadership: Manage, mentor, and provide clear instructions to direct reports. - Payroll Oversight: Review and validate payroll to ensure accuracy and completeness. Who we are looking for - Experience: 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations, with a proven track record of owning processes end-to-end. - Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms. (Experience with ClickUp and/or Rippling is a massive plus, as well as tools like Deel, BambooHR, or Gusto). - Mindset: High ownership. You don't wait for instructions; you identify gaps, adapt to change, and build solutions independently. - Language & Location: Advanced/Fluent English is strictly required. Must be able to work within PST hours for team alignment and recurring meetings.
