Role Description The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business development and managing client relationships within the restaurant and food service sectors. - Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. - Client Acquisition: Prospect potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, manage initial onboarding, and provide exceptional service. - Account Management: Upsell and cross-sell products and categories throughout the customer base. - Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture a client portfolio, ensuring sustained satisfaction and growth. - Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities to become the primary supplier for clients' food service disposables and janitorial products. - Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing value-added services. - CRM Maintenance: Document all client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
