• You are responsible for our entire recruiting process end-to-end and continuously develop it. • Manage the entire recruiting process – from refining the job profile, coordinating with other team members, to negotiating employment contracts. • Identify and proactively approach PR and communications talent via LinkedIn. • Conduct initial interviews. • Continuously review and improve our recruiting setup. • Work closely with the team and our CEO. • Contribute to the operational implementation of our people-related initiatives.

• You own our entire recruitment process end-to-end and continuously develop it with the goal of attracting and hiring the right PR and communications talent for hypr. • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — from sharpening role profiles, coordinating team interviews with other team members, through to contract negotiation — always maintaining our high standards for quality and fit. • Build and maintain a talent pool: identify and proactively approach PR and communications talent on LinkedIn, with a strong sense for who will truly fit our team. • Conduct initial interviews where you evaluate not only technical skills but also how well candidates work autonomously and collaborate on equal terms with our stakeholders (especially CEOs and founders). • Continuously question and improve our recruiting setup — there is plenty of room to experiment and make things better. • Work closely with the team and our CEO to develop a clear picture of who we want (and who we don’t want) on the team. • In addition to recruiting, you’ll work closely with our Head of People Experience & Development and play a central role in the operational delivery of our people initiatives — ensuring our formats and processes actually work in day-to-day practice.
• You advise and support individuals and companies in the digital industry on public relations • Responsible for partner and project management for approximately 3 clients • Conduct and facilitate workshops • Develop people-centered communication strategies and positioning concepts • Develop narratives and pitches for various media • Write texts relevant to PR and journalism
