• Provide Human Resources support to a growing Behavioral Health Clinic located in Virginia. • Process a bi-weekly payroll for employees and run semi-monthly contractor payments in Gusto. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices. • Onboard and offboard employees and contractors in Gusto and create offer letters and contractor agreements. • Provide employee relations guidance and performance management support to the company owner. • Provide ongoing HR compliance guidance • Update employee handbook and create other documentation and policies as needed.
