Role Description We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate (GTM) to work directly with our founder and help scale the case for replacing the fragmented outbound stack. Your primary focus is GTM, with an immediate mandate to generate pipeline and book qualified demo calls. Beyond that, your scope expands based on your strengths. - Pipeline generation will be your primary focus: identify the right channels and run hyper targeted outbound to build pipeline. Build the strategy, write the copy, ship it. - Research and spot perfect fit accounts: search across channels to find the right accounts to target. - Public-facing content & channels: shadow write LinkedIn posts, represent hubsell on Reddit, create content for the blog. Distribute across channels to support the sales motion and drive pipeline. Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field. - Maximum 5 years of experience. - Fluent/native-level English in writing and speaking. - Practical experience with B2B sales, outbound, or GTM. - Understanding of LinkedIn outreach mechanics and building pipelines. - Knowledge of the ecosystem that we are in. - Based in India working remotely 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with a 6-hour overlap with European working hours (CET/CEST). Requirements - Hands-on executors only; if you're looking to manage or delegate, this isn't for you. - You write clearly; the first paragraph of your cover letter will tell us everything we need to know. - You finish things; you’ve taken something hard from start to finish, on your own. - You can get attention; show us how you reach out and get us to give you our time. - Important: we do not do high volume outreach by setting up domains and mailboxes. It's a generalist role for the first 6 months. After that, you specialise based on where you're strongest. You'll work directly with our founder across every part of go-to-market. Some weeks you'll be running outbound campaigns on hubsell itself. Other weeks you'll be writing posts, building case studies, or fixing pipeline reporting. There's no narrow lane. The lane is whatever matters most that week. - Run outbound campaigns on hubsell itself. Build the flow, write the copy, ship it. Not coordinate, not delegate. - Own public-facing content. LinkedIn posts (yours, the founder's, sometimes the company's), case studies, comparison pages. - Dig into HubSpot. Find what's broken in pipeline reporting and fix it. Run experiments and learn from the results. - Sit in customer calls, founder calls, and operations calls. - Feed product feedback from customer conversations back to the team. Qualifications - You're based in India and able to work remote. - You're English is fluent/native-level in writing and speaking. - You have working knowledge of B2B sales, outbound, or GTM. Doesn't need to be deep yet, but you should know what a sequence is and why CAC matters. - You're curious about how the platform works under the hood, even if you're not technical. - You're able to work with 6 hours overlap with German working hours time zone GMT+2. Requirements - We're open on years of experience. We care about three things: - You write sharp. Plain, direct, no fluff. We'll know in the first paragraph of your application. - You ship. You've taken something hard end to end on your own. Side project, startup, consulting deliverable, whatever. Receipts matter more than titles. - You think in systems.
