Role Description This role offers the opportunity to work remotely for candidates with the right experience and qualifications. As an Inside Telephone Sales Representative, you’ll connect with local businesses by phone to help them improve their visibility and reach more customers through effective advertising solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Building relationships with existing advertisers by identifying opportunities to enhance their current advertising programs - Prospecting new customers from assigned leads and competitive advertising channels - Gathering and analyzing information about each customer’s past and current advertising strategies - Crafting tailored advertising solutions that address business needs - Answering customer questions and driving successful outcomes for local businesses Qualifications - Completed a high school degree or GED - Minimum of three years of sales experience - Understanding of latest technology and ability to meet qualifications to work remotely - Prior experience selling directory advertising, including Yellow Pages or local print business directories Requirements - Effective Verbal and Written Communication - Team-player Attitude - Self-starter Work Ethic - Sales Oriented - Excellent Customer Service Skills Company Description Data Publishing is a subsidiary of HTC and is known for its commitment to accuracy, innovation, and industry-leading quality.
