• You build strong partnerships and continuously expand our network of qualified skilled-trade companies. • As a Network Manager (m/f/d) you combine acquisition, relationship management and a focus on quality to ensure long-term collaboration with our service partners. • As the person responsible for developing a network of tradespeople in plumbing, installation, heating technology and electrical/electrotechnical services, your focus is on identifying, recruiting, supporting and developing trades companies as service partners. • Through targeted market development and the skilled use of partner recruitment arguments, you act as a liaison between Homeserve’s in-house trades teams and external partners. • Your responsibilities include onboarding new partner companies with follow-up feedback as well as regular meetings to ensure quality control and compliance with standards. • On a daily basis you will look after, develop and network partner companies in Northern and Central Germany, with a particular focus on building commitment, loyalty and a sense of belonging, for example by organizing partner meetups. • In close cooperation with the operational teams and the sales department, you report directly to the Operations Director to ensure efficient and seamless coordination.
