Role Description Home Cash Holdings is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our team! As a Fundraiser, you will be responsible for: - Identifying and researching potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. - Developing fundraising strategies to attract and retain donors. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, including providing personalized communication and thanking them for their contributions. - Planning and organizing fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity walks. - Creating and managing fundraising campaigns through various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and direct mail. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising events and campaigns. - Managing donor database and ensuring accurate and timely recording of donor information. - Preparing and presenting reports on fundraising activities and progress to the management team. - Staying updated with current trends and best practices in fundraising techniques and strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of successfully organizing and managing fundraising events and campaigns. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of fundraising software and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Passion for making a positive impact in the community. Requirements - Salary: $78,000-$123,000 per year.
