• Conceptualize, design and implement SAP HCM solutions on the backend (ABAP, interfaces, data models) • Develop modern frontend solutions based on SAPUI5/Fiori • Programming: SAP S/4HANA-related development and customization tasks • Quality assurance: testing and evaluating developed programs • Design and implement Fiori applications – plan and design the migration of existing Web Dynpro applications to standard SAPUI5 applications • Integrate SAP HCM into the existing system landscape as part of the H4/S4 migration • Provide technical consulting and support to business units for implementing new HR processes • Analyze, optimize and further develop existing SAP HCM applications • Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers • Work within an agile team

• Analyze, design, and enhance SAP role and authorization concepts • Focus on SAP HCM and related topics within the SuccessFactors environment • Implement and optimize authorizations in SAP HCM modules, particularly PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of security processes and user management • Create, maintain, and perform quality assurance for roles and authorizations in the backend and Fiori environments • Confident use of PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and analysis at the table level within the SAP authorization area • Execute tests and evaluations, and support error analysis and remediation • Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and feasibility analyses • Provide project support and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners • Work as part of an agile team
