Role Description Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is seeking a mid-level transactional real estate finance associate to join our extraordinary team of attorneys and paralegals who represent commercial lenders in sophisticated loan transactions. - Our team handles a broad range of loan types and collateral, with an emphasis on real estate-secured lending for construction projects. - Our work provides a unique opportunity for direct and ongoing client relationships in a team setting that promotes development of client management responsibilities. Qualifications - At least four years of relevant transactional experience. - Experience in documentation, negotiation, and closing of real estate-secured financing transactions on behalf of lenders. - Understanding of title insurance. - Exceptional client service. - Self-motivation. - Teamwork. - Creativity. - Utmost focus on details.
