• Monitor local, state, and federal political landscapes, including electoral calendars and emerging opportunities. • Produce timely political and electoral memos for Higher Heights PAC and executive leadership. • Track legislation and political trends relevant to Black women voters. • Manage candidate pipeline database and conduct research on potential candidates. • Support candidate engagement and onboarding. • Oversee collection and analysis of political, demographic, and voter data. • Collaborate with various teams to inform strategy and messaging.

• Develop high-quality graphic materials for communications, digital programming, and campaigns • Collaborate with the Communications Department to translate strategy into visual assets • Support ongoing weekly design needs and accommodate surge-period requests • Ensure adherence to Higher Heights brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity

• Support communications and digital programs by producing video content • Work closely with the Communications Department and other teams • Create compelling video content across platforms • Meet tight deadlines during election cycles • Produce short- and long-form video content • Record virtual interviews and sessions • Capture and produce footage • Edit videos for various formats • Collaborate on scripts and materials
