Hidden Level

• Perform site surveys and technical assessments to prepare for new installations and capability demonstrations. • Execute deployments of Hidden Level sensor networks and supporting infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in the field. • Provide field support for customer demonstrations ensuring reliable system performance and clear communication of technical capabilities. • Coordinate logistics for field activities, including equipment preparation, transport, and setup. • Document field work, test results, and issues encountered; contribute to improving processes, procedures, and documentation. • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to improve product reliability and deployment efficiency. • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including customer-facing troubleshooting.

• Own the full lifecycle of customer engagement—from technical demonstrations and mission deployment through ongoing success, expansion, and advocacy. • Architect and scale the operational frameworks, teams, and processes that ensure customers achieve measurable mission outcomes. • Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all technical demonstrations for prospective and existing customers. • Build and lead Hidden Level’s Mission Operations function, responsible for planning, deploying, and sustaining mission critical systems. • Build a Customer Success organization that spans seven core pillars.
