• Contribute to spatial concept development—from big ideas to the refined aesthetic details that define a project’s character. • Develop mood boards, visual narratives, and inspiration frameworks that guide the creative direction of spaces. • Shape the experiential arc of a space—how people enter, move through, pause, and feel in an environment. Journeys, mapping, narratives. • Collaborate with designers, technologists and fabricators to translate conceptual vision into realized work. • Contribute to pitch development with strong visual storytelling and spatial thinking. • Articulate design ideas clearly and compellingly in both visual and verbal form. • Seek and embrace feedback. Iterate with intention. Evolve the idea without losing the soul of it.

Requirements: •3-5+ years of design experience in a high-paced design agency or corporation. •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in design and related studies. •Proven organizational, presentation and communication skills. •Hard skills: 2D & 3D design software, animation, and/or interface design ability.
