• Promote and sell Heath’s full portfolio of products, equipment, and field services to utility clients, contractors, and industry partners across the Southwest territory. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, driving retention, satisfaction, and year-over-year revenue growth. • Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, trade association participation, and cold outreach. • Prepare and deliver tailored quotes, proposals, and presentations for both field-level contacts and executive stakeholders. • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and post-sale support. • Represent Heath at industry events, trade shows, and training conferences – and build your personal brand in the natural gas community. • Maintain accurate, timely records in Salesforce CRM, including activity tracking and pipeline management. • Contribute to territory forecasting and budgeting, with monthly reporting to leadership on sales activity and client engagement.
Collections Technician

• The Collections Specialist is responsible for attempting to collect on an account resulting in a payment to the utility company. • The collections must be sufficient enough to avoid termination of natural gas utility service to the account. • If the collection is not made, then there will be a termination gas service.
