Role Description - Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments. - Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s communication, language, feeding, and social development needs. - Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate. - Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions. - Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time. - Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team. - Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable. - Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team. Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. - Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license. - Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids. - Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment. - Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills. - Clear, professional communication with families and care teams. Requirements - One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community-based pediatric settings. - Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. - Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements. - Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
