Role Description We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our onsite team supporting our mining customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, people-first role where your coordination skills and attention to detail will truly shine. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-touch recruitment process. You’ll: - Partner with the TA team on administration, coordination, and recruitment project support - Manage key process elements including background checks, contract generation, onboarding, and reporting - Become a go-to expert on TA systems and processes - Support complex international mobility requirements, particularly for senior-level expat recruitment - Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike This role is initially offered as a 6-month contract and on a remote working basis.
