Role Description Harbourfront Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing our marketing technology stack, and driving lead generation efforts. This position is primarily responsible for B2B marketing initiatives aimed at attracting advisors to our firm, with an additional focus on providing support to advisors and their clients. - Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads; - Lead social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.), including content planning, engagement, lead generation, communities, and using analytics to inform future plans; - Manage and integrate the marketing technology stack within their function, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools; - Draft, design, execute, and analyze email journeys and campaigns to nurture leads and deepen client and advisor relationships; - Collaborate with Office of the CIO, recruiting and compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and regulatory requirements; - Monitor, report, and optimize digital campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights; - Stay up-to-date with digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to wealth management and financial services. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; - Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within financial services or wealth management; - Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and digital campaigns; - Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms; - Experience designing and managing email journeys, segmentation, and A/B testing; - Strong analytical skills; proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.); - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; - Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills; - Comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting priorities; able to pivot quickly; - Highly motivated and proactive individual committed to identifying opportunities and fostering continuous improvement; - Incorporates AI into daily workflow and consistently seeks new applications; - Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations related to digital marketing is an asset; - Nice to have: experience with design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc) and/or content marketing experience.
