• Will work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities, assist in creating sales materials and partnership communications with prospective and current clients. • Support the agency's new business campaigns and other active agency marketing and advertising efforts. • Support the new business team by preparing compelling proposals, graphics, and other sales enablement materials to help us win new clients. • Help create content and materials to support joint marketing efforts with our important technology partners. • Will be a main point of contact for the agency partnerships by handling communication, marketing collateral and events, in collaboration with agency leadership. • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, case studies, one-pagers, and presentation decks using tools like Figma and/or Canva. • Write clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for our website, landing pages, case studies, email marketing campaigns, and other digital assets. • Own and manage our content and communications calendar, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality content. • Lead the process of collecting information, assets, and written contributions from various team members, ensuring deadlines are met. • Manage our agency's social media presence across key channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X), including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

• Join sales calls early, often before a proposal is written, and help shape how we frame the work. • Listen for what a prospective client is actually asking for, identify where their stated problem and their real problem diverge, and contribute to the strategic thinking that wins the engagement. • Lead discovery once the work is signed. Run workshops, interview stakeholders, interrogate content and analytics, and shape the strategic direction before a single pixel moves. • Carry that thinking through concept, design system development, and production. • Stay hands-on through developer handoff and launch. • Specialize in digital experiences where content is central to the design problem: publishing platforms, knowledge repositories, complex marketing sites, and product interfaces tied to editorial workflows. • Lead brand conversations when the scope calls for it. Brand literacy is expected, even if brand isn't your primary discipline. • Present your work to clients in a way that builds confidence. Our process is collaborative and transparent by design. Big reveals aren't part of how we work.

• Building new applications, websites, and features with a variety of tools, languages, and technologies. • Contributing to high-level architecture planning, consulting with our internal team on approach and level of effort. • Flexing your muscles on aspects of application development outside of app code. • Staying up-to-date on the latest development technologies and methodologies. • Communicating directly with clients and our project managers to understand their requirements and present your work.

• Building new applications, websites, and features with a variety of platforms including Craft CMS, Laravel, and more. • Contributing to high-level architecture planning, consulting with our internal team on approach and level of effort, directing more junior developers. • Flexing your muscles on aspects of application development outside of app code: database modeling, query optimization, setting up efficient logging and monitoring solutions, and other advanced requirements for highly functioning apps. • Working closely with our front-end and back-end development teams on website projects. • Writing and maintaining clear documentation of your work, so that others on the team can pick up where you left off or learn from your experience on a project. • Staying up-to-date on the latest development technologies and methodologies.
