• Responsible for field service work performed on HPS products on-site. • Communicates requirements to Production, Testing, Engineering and Quality Assurance. • Assists with elimination of similar issues in the future. • Assists customers with troubleshooting. • Coordinates/performs various tests on units requiring repairs or modifications. • Available for emergency situations and eligible for international travel. • Determining material needs and ensuring they are produced and shipped to site. • Verify that kits are complete, tested and functioning correctly. • Preparing site work instructions for HPS personnel. • Generating Field Service Reports and cost summaries for each trip. • Analyzing field service data for trends and initiating necessary corrective actions.
