Role Description Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. has an opening for a Key Account Manager Wholesale - Mty. This position will be remote in Monterrey. The Key Account Manager Wholesale - Mty will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability nationwide, developing new customers and maintaining existing ones, increasing product distribution across categories. - Maximize sales and profitability with their assigned accounts. - Direct involvement with senior client levels where necessary and appropriate. - Developing, managing and maintaining Hamilton Beach relationships with an assignment of existing and potential multi-national chains to meet sales and profit objectives. - Leading the development of process and product solutions for these customers. - Leading short and long-term strategic planning for these customers. - Strong knowledge managing assigned customer across regions (nationwide). - Multifunctional Project Management with other areas such as Finance, Marketing, Logistics, etc. Qualifications - 7+ years managing local and national accounts, Wholesale (FMCG, SKA or Electronics). - Degree in business or similar. - Fluent in English. - Finance and P&L knowledgeable. - Strong computer skills to include Excel and PowerPoint. - Forecast management. About the Role The Paid Media Manager - Retail Media & Search is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of Hamilton Beach Brands' paid search and retail media advertising programs. This role drives measurable revenue growth across key retail marketplaces through data-driven campaign management, strategic media investment decisions, and continuous optimization of digital advertising performance. This position is the subject matter expert for paid media performance across key retail media networks - including Walmart Connect and Target Roundel - as well as Google Ads platforms. Working closely with Retail Sales teams, agency partners, and internal analytics resources, the Paid Media Manager leverages campaign analytics and marketplace insights to improve conversion performance, maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), and strengthen Hamilton Beach Brands' digital shelf presence across major retail partners. This position is based in Glen Allen, Va, and will be a hybrid role. This position will report to the Consumer Digital Marketing Manager. What You'll Do - Partner with internal Retail Sales teams supporting Walmart, Target, Costco, and other retail partners to develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with retail growth initiatives. - Own the performance and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and retail media networks including Walmart Connect, Criteo, and Target Roundel. - Manage and optimize retail media investments across marketplace advertising platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, etc.) to improve brand and product awareness, visibility, conversion performance, and return on ad spend. - Execute, analyze, and optimize sponsored product advertising, retargeting, and other campaign tactics on Google and retailer platforms (e.g. Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, etc.) - Partner with Target's Roundel platform to activate and optimize retail media campaigns across onsite and offsite placements. - Oversee Google Merchant Center accounts, ensuring product feeds remain accurate, compliant, and optimized to support paid search and retail media initiatives. - Analyze campaign performance, marketplace trends, and customer behavior data to generate insights that inform campaign optimization and media investment decisions. - Establish campaign performance metrics and monitor analytics dashboards to measure advertising effectiveness, conversion performance, and marketplace growth. - Utilize analytics platforms including GA4, Google Search Console, and UTM tracking to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing investments. - Identify opportunities to improve digital shelf performance through enhancements to SEO strategy, landing page experience, and customer journey pathways. - Manage agency partners and external vendors supporting paid media execution, evaluating program performance, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives. - Present campaign performance insights, recommendations, and digital advertising best practices to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Support key retail promotional events (e.g., Circle Weeks, Deals for Days, Turkey 12) through campaign adjustments and performance monitoring during peak sales periods. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, investments, and budgets across Google Ads and retail media advertising platforms. - Direct experience managing Walmart Connect campaigns (including onsite search and display) strongly preferred. - Experience executing campaigns across retail media networks such as Roundel, Criteo, or similar retail advertising platforms. - Strong background in eCommerce performance marketing with experience managing KPI-driven campaigns and campaign attribution modeling. - Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, and Google Merchant Center. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into campaign optimization strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interpret and present performance insights and collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, analytics, and agency partners. - Requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while performing computer-based work, including reviewing documents, analyzing information, and communicating with colleagues.
