• Assist the Partner Manager by providing pre-sales technical guidance, answering partner inquiries, and clarifying technical specifications of Gunnebo products. • Collaborate with partners to design customized solutions tailored to client needs, considering technical, operational, and budgetary requirements. • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and documentation to support the partner sales process. • Assist partners with tender submissions by providing accurate technical input and competitive positioning of Gunnebo products. • Work closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, and product development/factory) to align on partner needs and ensure seamless delivery of solutions. • Gather feedback from partners and clients to inform product development and improve solutions. • Provide our partners market segment research information such as list of key companies to approach, main key stakeholders, projects in development. Agree with partners on action plan to proactively approach identified key stakeholders in order to create new leads for our partners • Help partners understand Gunnebo’s value proposition and equip them with the tools and knowledge to effectively position our solutions in the market.
• Proposal Development: Oversees the entire proposal development process. This includes understanding the requirements of the RFI & RFP, coordinating with various departments or teams within the organization, and ensuring that the proposal aligns with the client's needs. • Team Coordination: works with a cross-functional team that may include subject matter experts, Business Developers, Product specialists, and others (support and installation…). Coordinates the efforts of these teams to ensure that the proposal is comprehensive, accurate, and meets all the requirements of RFPs. • Risk Assessment: Assesses the risks associated with the bid, considering factors such as technical feasibility, resource availability, Financial and cashflow and potential challenges. Works to mitigate these risks and ensure that the bid is both competitive and feasible for the organization. • Budgeting and Pricing: Collaborates with finance and product teams to develop competitive pricing. • Quality Control: Responsible for the overall quality of the proposal. They review and edit content to ensure it is clear, compelling, and error-free. They also ensure that the proposal adheres to the specified format and guidelines provided in the RFP. • Submission: Manages the submission process with Business developers, ensuring that all required documents are prepared and submitted on time. • Client Communication: Involved with the client during the bidding process. This could include clarifying requirements, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive relationship with the client. • Post-Submission Activities: After submission, Bid Manager may be involved in debriefings, analysing the outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement in future bids. • For recurring customers and other activities, will take the lead on different transversal actives such as: • Defining Library structure for different customers for Framework agreement: standard documents used for recurrent opportunities. • Working with Product teams and Business Development to define and highlight USPs of Gunnebo solutions • Comprehensive costing models for Gunnebo offer and simplify the pricing
• Provide Sales Engineering support for new opportunities throughout the Sales life cycle • Provide remote technical support to our partners and customers, occasionally out of hours. This includes installation support, reactive service, and preventative service • Always ensure good customer relations, maintaining a high standard of appearance and customer focused approach to communications • Maintain an open mind to all daily challenges, exploring all options to ensure the highest possible first-time-fix rate and limiting the opportunity for repeat calls to an absolute minimum • Backup and assist the service team and other engineers to ensure most effective delivery of service provision • Follow customer procedures to ensure efficient job closure • Provide regular and professional communication with the call desk and management team • Ensure all job-related documentation and other required administration (e.g. Permits to work, timesheets, expense claims) is completed on-time, including prompt updates to the service ERP management systems • Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to relevant technology, equipment or working practices required to support the business and its customers • Travel to other sites in US. • Employ a continual improvement approach to your own working practice, always exploring opportunities for continued professional development and making suggestions to management where appropriate • Ensure that all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and practices are followed, ensuring that everyone is made aware of their responsibilities in these areas • As time permits, map our installed base in the field by conducting site walks and taking pictures to support upselling • A high degree of flexibility, the post-holder is expected to undertake any other duties for the Company within the role holder’s capacity in line with their skills and capabilities, this may include covering other regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners like Security Integrators, Security Consultants, General Contractors, Construction managers, and Architects to position the company as a trusted partner. • Identify bid opportunities through Security Integrators, GC invitations, project leads, and industry networking. • Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate with GCs to clarify scope, schedule, and bid requirements. • Develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies to secure awarded contracts. • Negotiate scope changes, VE options, and contract terms to maintain profitability. • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and hardware schedules to develop accurate product offering. • Help oversee awarded projects through submittal, approval, procurement, and delivery phases. • Collaborate with internal project management and logistics teams to align schedules and ensure timely material releases. • Maintain communication with GCs, superintendents, and site personnel regarding project status, changes, and delivery coordination. • Support field teams or subcontractors to resolve on-site issues related to scope or installation. • Keep accurate bid logs, project status updates, and pipeline forecasts in CRM or project management systems. • Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure proper billing, documentation, and closeout. • Participate in regular team meetings to review upcoming bids, workload, and strategic targets
