• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. • Create and optimize data models for corporate reporting. • Develop metrics and advanced calculations using DAX. • Work with Power Query (M) for data transformation and preparation. • Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) mechanisms. • Develop and maintain Semantic Models in Microsoft Fabric. • Integrate Power BI solutions with Lakehouse and Data Warehouse on Fabric. • Ensure performance, governance, and quality of Power BI and Fabric environments. • Participate in CI/CD processes related to Power BI. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

• Lead planning and optimization activities for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile networks. • Define and implement tuning strategies, and optimize sites and clusters. • Analyze and optimize Drive Test results (TEMS Discovery) and perform End-to-End analyses. • Monitor and improve network performance KPIs. • Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and define corrective actions. • Coordinate the implementation and validation of RAN, Core and Open RAN solutions. • Serve as an escalation point for complex performance, integration and configuration issues. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Optimization, Operations and Customer Support. • Promote automation, data analysis and the use of Business Intelligence tools. • Produce technical and executive reports and participate in quality governance activities.
