This is one of the fastest ways to break into restaurant operations and account management in the UK delivery space. We’re hiring a Training & Launch Associate to lead the on-the-ground rollout of new kitchen partners across the UK. You’ll be responsible for getting 4–5 kitchens live each week, turning new partners into fully operational, revenue-generating sites. If you’ve worked in kitchens and want to step out of service but stay close to operations—this is that bridge. What you’ll be doing: - Travel across the UK to launch and train new kitchen partners (4–5 per week) - Train teams on food prep, presentation, and brand standards - Take full ownership of launches—from planning to go-live - Act as the face of Growth Kitchen on-site - Work closely with Account Managers to hand over high-performing sites - Feed real-time insights back to improve how we launch kitchens Why this role is different: Most entry-level roles don’t give you ownership—this one does. Onboarding & Launch Associate

The role We are hiring an Onboarding & Launch Associate to be the boots-on-the-ground engine behind Growth Kitchen's kitchen launches across the UK. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone early in their career who wants to learn the delivery restaurant industry from the inside out - and isn't afraid to put the work in to do it. You'll be responsible for launching 4-5 kitchens per week, travelling across the UK to get new kitchen partners live and operating to the Growth Kitchen and brand standard. Think of this as the frontline of our growth: every kitchen you launch is a new revenue stream for our brand partners and for GK. This role sits within the Account Management team, reporting directly to the Account Management Team Lead, and working closely with our Account Managers and Onboarding team. For the right person, the natural next step is growing into an Account Management role as you build your knowledge of our brands, partners, and operations. Key Responsibilities - Travel to kitchen sites across the UK to execute 4-5 launches per week - Train kitchen teams on the GK playbook and brand-specific playbooks, ensuring every site goes live to standard - Prepare and plan the following week's launches while executing the current week's - Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handover of newly launched kitchens - Collaborate with the Onboarding team to flag issues, share feedback from the field, and continuously improve the launch process - Be the face of Growth Kitchen in the kitchen - professional, energetic, and representing our standards

Qualifications - A background working hands-on in restaurants or professional kitchens is essential. - Fluent in English and right to work in the UK is a must. Requirements - Travel to kitchen sites across the UK to execute 4-5 trainings per week. - Train kitchen teams on food preparation and presentation, as well as the GK playbook and brand-specific playbooks, ensuring every site goes live to standard. - Prepare and plan the following week's launches while executing the current week's. - Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handover of newly launched kitchens. - Collaborate with the Onboarding team to flag issues, share feedback from the field, and continuously improve the launch process. - Be the face of Growth Kitchen in the kitchen - professional, energetic, and representing our standards. - Comfortable with significant weekly travel across the UK and open to flexible working hours (but never on weekends or holidays). - Highly organised and self-sufficient - you'll be managing a packed schedule with multiple moving parts. - A strong communicator who can train and motivate teams you've just met. - Hungry to learn, grow, and progress - this role rewards people who take ownership. - Resilient and adaptable: no two kitchens are the same.
