• Own and scale the end-to-end revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. • Align systems, processes and data to drive predictable revenue growth. • Improve customer lifecycle management and support data driven decision-making. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align revenue strategy. • Drive consistency across the full customer lifecycle—from lead acquisition through expansion and renewal. • Serve as the primary owner of the revenue tech stack. • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, bookings, retention, and churn metrics. • Design, document and continuously improve revenue processes (lead routing, opportunity management).
• Promote Graylog solutions to new and existing clients • Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations • Cover and support accounts throughout the US mid-market • Assist the pre-sales team in designing and implementing Graylog into customer environments • Present at trade shows and oversee internal demonstration facilities • Act as the voice of the customer to drive future enhancements to Graylog • Help in researching and developing new products
