Role Description The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer is a core member of a product team, responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying high-quality software. Engineers work closely with their Team Lead (TL) and Product Manager (PM) to turn product requirements into reliable, scalable features that deliver real value to users. Engineers at Graswald operate in a highly dynamic environment, where requirements and architectures evolve quickly. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong ownership, and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions with incomplete information. Key Responsibilities - Software Design & Quality: - Design and optimize scalable backend systems and high-performance frontend applications, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability. - Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability. - Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: - Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments. - Proactively improve existing systems where needed. - Collaboration and Teamwork: - Work closely with your TL, PM, and peers to align on priorities, surface blockers early, and collaborate on design and problem-solving. - Contribute to technical design discussions and propose solutions. - Requirement Understanding & Implementation: - Work closely with the PM and TL to understand product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. - Translate these into practical and effective technical implementations. - Continuous Learning & AI-Driven Development: - Maintain a strong dedication to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. - Actively explore, learn, and apply new AI capabilities and tools to enhance personal productivity, improve software development processes, and contribute to innovative solutions. - Embrace and experiment with AI-powered development practices within the team. - Research and evaluate new technologies or approaches to solve technical challenges. - Documentation: - Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for code, system designs, and processes to facilitate understanding and onboarding for current and future team members. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience writing excellent, standards-compliant code. - Demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and maintain production-grade software systems. - Experience working on the engineering team in a start-up, scale-up or product-driven company. - Experience designing and evolving backend systems that operate reliably under increasing load. - Strong experience writing high-quality, maintainable, standards-compliant code in production systems. - Strong understanding and experience with building and consuming API-driven solutions. - Demonstrable experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies. - Mastery of Python and Django and strong skills in TypeScript and React. - Experience with database technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and API design principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to debugging and issue resolution. - Strong communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail. - An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt and grow quickly as the organization scales. Nice to have - Experience with generative AI tooling (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI) or creative platforms (p5.js, Three.js). Role Description We're looking for a detail-obsessed creative who lives and breathes fashion and is genuinely excited by what AI can do for visual content. As an AI Specialist, you'll use Graswald AI and other tools to produce stunning content for our marketing, sales, and client-facing work. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of fashion, creativity, and AI, and to help shape how one of the most exciting startups in the space presents itself to the world. This is a part-time role, with the potential to become full-time. We expect it to take c. 20 hours per week. Please include your portfolio in the "Work Reference" section of the application form. What You'll Do - Create high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, sales decks, and client deliverables using Graswald AI and other editing tools. - Maintain a meticulous eye for detail across all content - quality, consistency, and on-brand aesthetics are non-negotiable. - Stay on top of trends in both fashion and AI-generated imagery, bringing fresh ideas and references to the team. - Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand content needs and deliver on time. - Experiment continuously with new AI tools and techniques. - Translate ideas across different visual formats, including imagery, graphics, hero assets, and presentation visuals, with strong technical execution and a refined aesthetic sensibility. - Maintain and organise the internal content ecosystem so assets, references, and working files remain structured, accessible, and easy to use across teams. - Support ad hoc graphic and visual requests, including upscaling, editing, resizing, and preparing assets for different use cases. Qualifications - A genuine passion for fashion - you follow the industry closely and have a strong sense of visual aesthetics. - Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools. - Advanced in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. - An exceptional eye for detail - you notice things others miss and hold your work to a very high standard. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content requests at once. - A portfolio or examples of work that demonstrate your taste, creative range, and technical ability. - Deep understanding of visual brand identities, with the ability to apply Graswald AI’s brand world consistently while also interpreting and executing a wide range of external visual aesthetics. - A proactive, curious mindset - you're always experimenting and pushing what's possible. - Ability to work confidently from a brief while also contributing original creative ideas, supporting broader concept development, and taking reliable ownership of day-to-day content production tasks. - Strong graphic design fundamentals, including composition, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and colour. - Experience handling file organisation, version control, and clean asset management. - Understanding of resolution, export settings, aspect ratios, and production requirements for different use cases. - Experience in Figma is a plus. Role Description - Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of 15 - 20 large fashion brands and retailers, serving as their primary point of contact. - Lead structured onboarding to get new clients live quickly and drive early adoption. - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track client health, celebrate wins, and surface new opportunities. - Proactively monitor account signals to identify churn risks early and take action before issues escalate. - Spot and develop upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with the sales team to grow account value. - Collect and synthesize customer feedback, acting as the client's voice internally to inform product direction. - Contribute to scalable CS processes, playbooks, and resources as we grow. Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role - ideally at a B2B SaaS company or Creative Agency. - A natural communicator who is warm, professional, and confident managing senior stakeholders at large brands. - Commercially minded - you understand the link between customer health and revenue, and you're comfortable identifying upsell opportunities. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities without dropping the ball. - A problem-solver who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do. - Fluency in German and English is required. - Experience in or genuine enthusiasm for fashion, retail, or creative industries. Requirements - Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a bonus. - Familiarity with AI or creative tech products.
