Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Manager - Wellness Location: Austin, Texas, United States Job Description: We are partnering with a fast-growing health and wellness brand that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The company is hiring a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale its influencer partnerships strategy from the ground up. This is a mid-level individual contributor role for someone who understands how to identify credible creators, build meaningful partnerships, and bring education-led products to life through trusted voices. This person will work closely with the social lead and broader marketing team to shape how the brand shows up through creators, experts, and wellness communities. The team is creative, collaborative, and fun, with plenty of room for this person to build, test, and make an impact. What You’ll Do - Build and execute the influencer and creator partnerships strategy - Identify and manage creators across health, wellness, beauty, VMS, and functional food/beverage - Develop partnerships with credible experts such as nutritionists, doctors, dietitians, and wellness professionals - Create education-led campaigns that build trust, awareness, and engagement - Manage outreach, negotiations, campaign execution, tracking, and reporting - Partner closely with social, brand, content, and partnerships teams What We’re Looking For - Influencer marketing experience within health, wellness, beauty, VMS, or functional food/beverage - Experience building creator programs for education-led consumer products - Strong understanding of credible, authority-based creators - In-house or agency experience with relevant consumer brands - Highly organized, proactive, creative, and relationship-driven - Excited to build something from the ground up Details - Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Manager - Location: Austin, TX — hybrid, 3 days per week in office - Reports to: SVP of Partnerships - Benefits: Includes benefits and matching 401(k) - Salary $130k - $140k

Role Description As Director of E-Commerce, you’ll own the digital storefront end-to-end—driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer journey, and elevating the online experience. You’ll partner closely with growth, creative, and operations teams to ensure the site performs at a high level while staying true to the brand’s identity.
