Role Description Gold Sun Chemicals LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development / Account Management professional to join our growing team in the Midwest. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while driving revenue growth in a fast-paced chemical industry environment. If you thrive on building connections and closing deals, we want to hear from you! - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence in Industrial Cleaning, Processing, Mineral Mining, Pulp and Paper, Agriculture, water treating, and Paint and coatings. - Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales. - Background in the chemical, industrial, or related industry is a strong plus. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and growth targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
