Role Description GoldDepot is an established national precious metals firm seeking experienced Precious Metals Account Executives to qualify and transfer prospects to senior brokers. Previous precious metals sales experience is required. Candidates without direct industry experience will not be considered. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from company-provided prospects and inbound lead sources. - Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound client communications daily. - Qualify, transfer, and follow-up with prospects looking to purchase precious metals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and exceed targets. - Participate in exciting sales contests that foster a competitive spirit and encourage high performance. - Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize earnings potential. - Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM. Qualifications - A strong desire to succeed in a sales role and a proven track record of hitting KPIs in a sales environment. - A can-do attitude and a high level of focus on results, with a positive growth mindset. - A competitive spirit, eager to participate in sales contests and incentives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. - Must be tech savvy. - Prior experience working for a precious metals dealer, gold IRA company, or similar precious metals sales organization.
