• Implement all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling start dates. • Ensure the quality of candidates to achieve high fill rates, show rates, and retention. • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. • Utilize company technology to maintain data accuracy in all recruitment actions. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Enhance the company’s image at community events through relationships with local organizations and community leaders. • Impact the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional customer service experience. • Perform other duties as assigned.
