• Identify, qualify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities • Maintain existing business relationships to meet company growth and revenue targets • Support the Executive Vice President and contribute to the GOH Management Team • Lead the capture planning and proposal process • Facilitate Business Development meetings and develop individual approaches • Monitor procurement portals and government agency forecasts • Conduct gate reviews, qualify opportunities, and categorize bid stages • Coordinate, manage, write, and submit capability statements and proposals • Attend and/or present at marketing and outreach events • Review Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts
• Support proposal development process to include coordinating entire lifecycle of proposal process (e.g., coordinate kickoff and subsequent meetings, track proposal development, and submit final proposals) • Develop and edit proposal compliance matrices, writing schedules, boilerplate, and proposal shells/templates • Tailor past performance tables for proposals • Draft past performance questionnaires for proposals • Format resumes for proposals • Facilitate color team reviews, mark-up proposal draft, and release actions after meetings • Assist with updating boiler plate proposal content • Create proposal content, and draft proposals with accurate, concise, customer-focused responses, ensuring strict adherence to RFP/RFQ requirements • Identify roles and responsibilities for writing the proposal and organize proposal assignments • Conduct compliance review and quality control for proposal submission • Work with business capture team to gather resumes, create organizational charts, and complete annex sections for technical proposals • Conduct in-depth review and quality control for proposal submission. Ensure proposal content aligns with requirements of RFPs • Communicate with technical team and proposal writers to ensure internal deadlines are met. • Manage production and delivery of proposals, including printing, formatting, and execution of bid documents with strict attention to submission requirements. • Provide supporting data to strengthen proposal • Oversee submission of final proposals for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and Best and Final Offers. • Assist with updating/maintaining proposal and new business development materials • Generate technical white papers and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs • Attend weekly BD/Capture calls and opportunity review meetings, take notes, and update pipeline
• The Business Development Analyst supports day-to-day activities associated with business development, proposal management, proposal writing, and capture. • Meticulously maintain company pipeline database and business capture document library • Pull agency forecasts on a recurring basis and assist with identifying opportunities to add to company pipeline database • When a new RFP is released - update calendars, update pipeline, fill in bid/no-bid form, schedule bid/no-bid meetings • Prepare agendas and other collaterals for weekly BD/Capture calls and opportunity review meetings • Attend weekly BD/Capture calls and opportunity review meetings, take notes, and update pipeline • Complete GovWin Searches/Runs and organize large batches of data in Excel • Provide supporting data to qualify opportunities during gate reviews • Research outreach events and marketing opportunities, maintain in database, and coordinate attendance • Maintain GOH company profile in federal agency vendor database systems • Develop and maintain partner and client contact database and assist with maintaining regular communication • Develop data calls to assist with capability/gap analyses • The essential functions described are not a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities; additional tasks may be assigned.
