• You'll build deep, trusted relationships with engineering leaders—understanding their goals, unblocking challenges, and helping them get the most out of Span. • Lead onboarding, set success plans, and guide customers through best practices to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion. • Be the go-to advisor for our customers—navigating the worlds of AI Effectiveness and Developer Intelligence. • Work across departments (Sales, Product, Engineering) to advocate for customer needs and deliver a standout experience. • Lead value-driven conversations regularly with customers to help them make the connection between Engineering Intelligence and business outcomes. • Identify champions, expand usage across teams, and proactively spot churn risks before they happen. • Get creative with workflows, playbooks, and experiments to scale our CS efforts as we grow.
• You'll own and execute field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across our target accounts and markets. • Partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities, build account-focused campaigns, and create programs that help move prospects through the funnel. • Plan and execute a variety of events—including conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, customer gatherings, webinars, and community events—from strategy through post-event follow-up. • Develop compelling event experiences and campaigns that resonate with engineering leaders, platform teams, and technical decision-makers. • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and flawless execution. • Measure and report on program performance, pipeline impact, and ROI, sharing insights and recommendations with the broader team. • Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry communities to strengthen Span's presence in the market. • Experiment with new event formats, channels, and technologies to help us scale our field marketing efforts efficiently.
• Lead the design of features from end-to-end • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product decisions and the roadmap • Contribute to our design system to help ensure consistent style and quality standards across products • As the second designer at Span, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the design culture • Work on projects like a product that leverages AI to help engineering leaders track maintenance work and recommend solutions to reduce it and a feature that helps engineering leaders better understand what’s going on in their organization via insights
• A product that root causes KTLO work and recommends solutions. • A software catalog that works for monoliths and that people actually want to use. • Help protect engineering focus time by systemically solving sources of distraction or mental load with AI.
