• Manage sales across Germany by working closely with the distributor network and key accounts in both on-trade (hospitality) and retail sectors • Open new accounts such as regional hotel, restaurant, retail, or cash-and-carry chains • Grow distribution of prestige wines in the most iconic and premium restaurants in your area • Develop business plans and sales initiatives for best-selling items with the existing customer database • Exceed targets by creating monthly placements, programs and brand ambassador initiatives • Implement, monitor and evaluate program execution in the trade together with distributor salesforces • Engage with key accounts to grow business by targeting sales by brand • Monitor execution through sales reporting • Identify opportunities and ensure brand standards by utilizing sales data • Create brand ambassadors through business meetings and retailer and staff trainings • Motivate and manage distributor salesforces and agencies as the company spokesperson
