• Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our web and mobile applications, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities. • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements for our B2B/B2C web acquisition channel, focusing on user-friendliness, scalability, and delivering a seamless customer journey. • You will do required A/B tests to increase lead acquisition and match conversion for leads on CareScout.com • Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve keyword rankings. • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits. • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a new iOS and Android applications, from concept and design to development, launch, and postlaunch optimization. • Champion a user-centric approach by conducting market research, user interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand our B2B/B2C customers' needs, pain points, and workflows. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market execution. • Define and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform product decisions. • Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating product strategy into detailed user stories and requirements for the development team. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in B2B/B2C web development, SEO, and mobile applications.
