• Partner with the EVP, Global Operations and Senior Director, APAC to operationalize the regional strategy across China and Japan • Work with Senior Director and Advisory Board members to develop and implement a marketing and promotional plan for GBTA China and Japan to engage key stakeholders groups • Support regional growth planning by identifying emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks impacting member engagement, sponsorship, and programming success • Lead end-to-end coordination of regional Business Travel Forums, conferences, and webinars across China and Japan • Manage post-event evaluation processes, including analysis of feedback and speaker performance to inform continuous improvement • Collaborate with the APAC team to develop and implement membership growth strategies across diverse industry segments • Work in partnership with the Business Development team to support achievement of regional sponsorship targets • Serve as regional liaison to Marketing and Communications on APAC regional news, updates, events, and happenings.
• Monitors invoices using Salesforce using various currencies for corporate sponsors, exhibitors, advertising, and corporate partners. • Review and reconcile credit card transactions. • Reconcile and provide bank deposit details including accurate GL coding to facilitate bank transaction entry. • Review and resolve unidentified receipts. • Manage collections process and reach out to customers with outstanding balances. • Maintain financial information in the membership database and convention mapping software. • Reconcile monthly accounts receivable schedules and balances to the general ledger.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution of software, hardware, and access issues. • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings across Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other key systems. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access and equipment setup. • Monitor and perform regular maintenance of servers for optimum performance, escalate complex issues as needed, and coordinate with vendors or external IT partners. • Manage software packages and updates within Atera and inTune RMMs. • Track and analyze recurring helpdesk issues to identify opportunities for automation or improved training. • Maintain SOPs as processes and systems are updated. • Troubleshoot issues across Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams environments.
