• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities. • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, prepaid expenses, accruals, and deferred revenue. • Assist with revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 for subscription-based contracts. • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting processes. • Help prepare financial statements and management reports. • Assist with audits, tax filings, and ad-hoc financial projects.

• Define and drive engineering strategy for the Commissions & Quota Management Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation across all releases • Lead multiple engineering teams and senior managers — setting clear priorities, establishing technical excellence, and mentoring future leaders • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design leadership to translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps with measurable customer outcomes • Architect and evolve a modern, AI-driven enterprise SaaS platform that leverages automation, anomaly detection, and intelligent recommendations • Foster a culture of engineering excellence through disciplined processes, code quality, observability, documentation, and operational rigor • Shape and enforce platform standards for performance, scalability, reliability, and security — including data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI and ML models into customer-facing and backend systems, ensuring they enhance usability and insight generation • Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery practices to accelerate time-to-market without compromising quality • Represent engineering in executive forums, providing clear updates on platform progress, risks, and opportunities • Attract, develop, and retain top talent, building a high-performing, collaborative, and AI-forward engineering organization.

• Develop server-side applications in Node.js, optimizing for a cloud-native environment. • Craft user-facing elements using ReactJS/Redux that integrate seamlessly with server-side logic. • Experience with building and deploying applications on the AWS cloud stack is a must. • Optimize the use of relational databases and data warehouses for large data applications and build enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions. • Ensure the creation of secure, reusable, testable, and efficient code. • Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications. • Prioritize security and data protection, with a security-first coding mentality. • Build integrations to Salesforce.com platform and other Revenue Operations platforms. • Incorporate various AI technologies for scenarios involving LLM, Machine Learning and Forecasting.
