The Role You'd be one of the earliest engineering hires. That means you're not joining a team, you're building it. You'll work directly with the CEO across the entire stack: product, infrastructure, AI, and everything in between. Nothing here is someone else's problem. What you'll own - The full product stack, from frontend to backend to deployment - AI model layer including multi-model routing, context management, and inference optimization - Post-training and fine-tuning pipelines on proprietary conversational data - Real-time infrastructure built on Convex or similar
